Terms & Conditions:
• Exclusions apply on the all-inclusive offering: Dining by Design at ‘The Cellar,’ Destination Dining
Experiences, In-Villa Dining Food & Beverage menus/ offerings, The Cellar and Reserve beverage
lists, Premium beverages including wine & champagne, energy drinks, t obacco, food items that
carry a supplement, selected special events and promotions.
• The management at JA Manafaru reserves the right to amend, revise or discontinue this offer for any
reason at any time.
• All-inclusive is available based on international check-in and check-out timings and at other times at
the resorts’ discretion.
• The beverage offering is available from 11:00 AM until 11:00 PM and all drinks pre and post these
timings will be charged as per the resorts’ beverage price lists.
• The food offering is based on three meal periods (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner), one light food offering
of Afternoon Tea plus one light canapé selection per villa for all residing paying guests from our
venue menus. Children are catered for under the ‘KIDS GO FREE’ offering. All food outside of these
parameters will be charged to your account at the prevailing menu pricing for Breakfast, Lunch
and Dinner as directed.
• “KIDS GO FREE” is for children up to 11.99 years old is based on existing villa bedding and three
meals per day (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) of two courses, either 1 x starter & 1 x Main Course or
1 x Main Course & 1 x Dessert from the children’s menus and also includes 1 x soft drink from the
All-inclusive selection in venues such as Kakuni, Andiamo, Ocean Grill. A 50% pricing discount on
specified à la carte dishes may also be available in some primary outlets as indicated. Please
refer to the venue menu for details or ask your server.
• The offerings and timings may vary from venue to venue.
• The offerings may be subject to a change of venue at the resort’s discretion.
• Your villa and meal plan preference is inclusive of 16% T-GST and 10% Service Charge.
• Maldives Green Tax of $6 per person, per day (including infants/children) will be charged and
collected at the resort for settlement on departure.
• No compensation in cash or kind will be offered for non-consumed items.
• The offering is only valid when consumed in our nominated venues/bars and restaurants as directed.
• Please note that it is an offense in the Maldives to remove alcohol from a resort island on departure.
• All presented billing must be checked and signed to avoid unnecessary charges to your account.
• *The Horizon Fitness Pavilion, CoolZone, ChillZone and all pools are unmanned, and conditions of
use apply. Parents/guardians should be present in all children facilities. Also note, lifeguards are not
present at any pool or on our beaches.
• **Tennis Court and Badminton Court use is with our compliments. Charges may apply for the use of
equipment and/or any promotional packages.
• ***Windsurfing and catamaran sailing are complimentary for licensed guests. A tuition fee will be
charged for guests without a licence.
• ****Discount is only applicable on selected treatments & retail items in our spa and boutique.
• Internal Maldives Transfers to the Resort are not included in the All-Inclusive offering, however the
resort will be happy to assist arrange Internal Maldives Transfers reservations to and from Male’
(Velana International Airport) on your behalf. Charges will be applied to your account and may be
settled pre arrival or post departure. Guests are reminded that Terms and Conditions apply for all
Internal Maldives Transfers and Transfers are operated by a third party.
