Any existing bookings for both JA Lake View Hotel and JA Beach Hotel will be automatically upgraded to the Mediterranean villa suites of JA Palm Tree Court. Guests will still have access to all operational
JA The Resort facilities
as guests of JA Palm Tree Court, including 800 metres of private beach, multiple swimming pools and a choice of restaurants and bars.
Any bookings for JA Ocean View Hotel can either be moved to our sister property in JBR JA Oasis Beach Tower
our JA Palm Tree Court within JA The Resort or be cancelled free of charge.

All the rooms and facilities at JA Beach Hotel and JA Lake View Hotel will be affected. This includes Food & Beverages outlets Phoenicia, Ibn Majed, Sette Restaurant, Palmito Pool & Bar, Calm Spa and including the conferencing and meeting
space. In JA Lake View Hotel Food & Beverages outlets affected will include Kinara, Republik, 8l and Bibe and the two swimming pools.
All operations which are not located within either JA Beach Hotel or JA Lake View Hotel, they will only re-open and operated as per a directive from local Government authorities. Should any other directive be received from the authorities we will adhere to them accordingly.
All facilities located at JA Palm Tree Court and associated facilities/services will be open for business as usual. This encompasses the restaurants, bars, pools and experiences listed further down.
Bookings made directly with the hotel, hotel website or 3rd Party need to contact the reservations team at reservations.jatheresort@jaresorts.com. Bookings made via a travel agent/tour operator need to contact their respective agency to make any necessary changes.
Option 1: Your room/s will be upgraded to a Junior Suite at JA Palm Tree Court, an all-suite resort located within JA The Resort. Option 2: You have the option to cancel your current booking at no charge and re-book for another period. We would however not be able to offer another hotel as an alternative or credit.
All arriving cars to JA Beach Hotel and JA Lake View Hotel will be redirected to JA Palm Tree Court, so there will be no need for a bus transfer.
If you would still wish to keep two separate rooms, we will be happy to accommodate you accordingly.
All the listed restaurants and bars will be available for Half-Board and All Inclusive guests.
All the restaurants located within the hotel properties of JA Beach Hotel and JA Lake View Hotel will not be available and the guests that are staying at JA Palm Tree Court and have booked the All Inclusive package will be able to utilized the non-motorized watersports as part of their package for the duration of the closure.
We have been advised that there are no buses services operated by the Shopping Malls till further notice.
The main resort car park ·Is not affected by the closure of parts of the resort, so there will be no reduction in car parking spaces.
Regular contract and promotional rates will remain unchanged under the current contract period and there will be no monetary compensations given.

Kindly note the operation of these restaurants, bars, pools and experiences are all according
to the directive of the local authorities. In the event that the authorities advise us
to cease operation - we are
legally required to do so. This is the current case with most bars, buffets,
kid's clubs, fitness centers and spa facilities, however the situation is changing frequently, and we will
reopen these facilities
immediately once we receive the government directive and approval.
