·Implements security policy and procedure according to the government rule and regulation.
·Meet and provides access to law enforcement agencies to enhance security.
·Establishes and maintain procedures to reduce any internal theft or losses.
·Identifies and proffers solution on security lapses to the management.
·Coordinate investigation of all act of crime, or any losses incurred by guests, associates and the company, and then proceed with necessary prosecution to recover the losses.
·Assist the chief engineer in establishing and maintaining procedures to ensure that specific action will take place in the event of an emergency.
·Maintain an ongoing training and retraining to ensure that all associates are familiar with the emergency procedure at all times.
·Provides direction and trainings to security officers and contracted guards as needed.
·Monitor associates performance, attendance and document for use in evaluation in the department.
·Review daily activities of security officers on all shifts.
·Establish and maintain an effective means of communication and working rapport with associates and management in other department.
·Conduct regular and irregular inspections of the hotel property in order to ensure, the safety of guests, associates and hotel physical plant are not being compromised by potentially dangerous situation.
·Ensures that all legal checks and inspections are completed in a timely manner..Through regular reviews, ensure that procedures are in place in order to address most expected circumstances in the event of an emergency.
