·Attend and participate in any meetings (department, communications etc.) as and when required.

·To identify and manage sales opportunities in the international market.

·To conduct regular appointments and site inspections with the local DMC’s.

·To put forward ideas to develop further all international markets.

·Attend briefings, as required.

·Maintain good relationships with colleagues and contribute to team spirit.

.Cooperate and interact with other departments to provide additional/outstanding guest services.

.Organise exciting and interesting show rounds and fam trips.

·Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Safety.

·Train on emergency and evacuation procedures.

.Immediately report security incidents, accidents and near misses to the attention of the Line Manager.
