Attend to all daily breakdown complaints.

Rounding of all kitchen areas and check chillers and freezer, as well as all chiller plants in all areas of the property

Take all walk-in chillers/ freezers  and chiller plants reading as per schedule

Maintenance of AHU of JAH and PTC and other areas.

All Kitchen and toilet exhaust servicing

AC servicing as per schedule.

Ice cube machine servicing and repairs.

Chillers/ Freezer/Air Conditioning major repairing work in workshop.
