    Duties and Responsibilities:

    ·Ensuring accuracy of property content and presentation on the brand, Global Distribution System and GHA websites, as well as third party portals, directories and websites where the hotel is listed and/or distributes inventory

    ·Ensure the content and picture quality loaded on all brand and 3rd party web sites are up to date and according to the corporate identity guidelines.

    ·Ensuring consistent brand delivery through digital channels, supporting the brand’s channel and distribution strategy

    ·Monitor and assist the Revenue Teams in ensuring rate parity throughout all electronic distribution channels.

    ·Review and maintain rate parity, room type descriptions and all other relevant hotel policies in all Distribution Channels in coordination with the Revenue Teams.

    ·Create and implement promotional content for special offers and packages, in coordination with the hotel’s Marketing and Revenue Managers.

    ·Ensure that Local Experiences are published on gha.com

    ·Prepare necessary reports for weekly meetings, monthly reports and any other adhoc requests.

    ·Assist on matters related to creative and media planning for PPC and display campaigns

    ·Review the ranking of the hotels on Third Party websites and update the sites with relevant search terms and adequate keyword frequency to ensure that the hotels get the best possible natural page rank in the languages available.

    .Monitor and report brand name hijacking that dilutes direct web revenues.
