The experience begins at the butcher’s counter, where our female butcher guides guests through a selection of prime cuts before each one is prepared and seared over open flame. From smoke-seared steaks and wagyu burgers to premium additions such as lobster tail, every plate is served with impact and loaded with flavour.
At the heart of the restaurant, the central bar brings its own energy, while two floor-to-ceiling wine cellars house a carefully selected collection chosen to complement the flavours from the fire.
