I came for a conference and as a hotelier myself, it is a nice feeling of you having treated the same way you are doing to your guests to make sure they are satisfied and happy. Amazing facilites, great service, excellent food and most of all an amazing property in general. I woukd like to thank Mohammad Kamel from check in to check out who has been so accomodating. “Kshitij Kelkar” who helped me with my lost & found items and to their chief concierge Ansar Basheed that made it happen.
