With this in mind, we will be closing the following temporarily JA Ocean View Hotel as of 23 March until 24 of May 2020.

Any bookings for JA Ocean View Hotel can either be moved to our sister property in JBR JA Oasis Beach Tower our JA Palm Tree Court within JA The Resort or be cancelled free of charge. or be cancelled free of charge.

All the rooms and facilities at JA Ocean View Hotel with the exception of Motorino Restaurant.
As per a directive from local Government authorities all these facilities are meant to be closed. Should any other directive be received from the authorities we will adhere to them accordingly.
Motorino restaurant will remain open unless otherwise directed by the authorities.
Bookings made directly with the hotel, hotel website or 3 rd Party need to contact the reservations team at reservations.ovh@jaresorts.com. Bookings rnade via a travel agent/tour operator need to contact their respective agency to make any necessary changes.
Option 1: Your room/s will be upgraded to a 2 Bed Room Deluxe Apartment at JA Oasis Beach Tower or Mediterranean Villa suites at JA Palm Tree Court. Option 2: You have the option to cancel your current booking at no charge and re-book for another period. We would however not be able to offer another hotel as an alternative or credit.
We would be happy to accommodate you with an additional upgrade to a 2 Bed Room Superior Apartment. Alternatively, If you would still wish to keep two separate rooms, we will be happy to accommodate you accordingly at JA Palm Tree Court.

We have been advised that there are no buses services operated by the Shopping Malls till further notice.
Regular contract and promotional rates will remain unchanged under the current contract period and there will be no monetary compensation given.
