All points earned are valid for 36 months from the date of check out.
Points are only redeemable at the Hotel Front Office and not directly within hotel's outlets. To redeem a service or facilities with your Club Al Safir points, you should sign the amount to your room bill and then advise Front Office cashier upon check-out the amount of points you would like to redeem and adjustment will be made to your account and a redemption receipt shall be issued. Third party Food & Beverage outlets and third party services are not included.
Yes, you can still use your points on your next visit within the validity period.
You can redeem your points on any of your visits as long as they are still valid however points will no longer be earned for any future stay unless booking is made prior to this communication that was sent out on 17 September 2018.
No, points cannot be used as payments for taxi fares or car hire, hotel shops, tour/activity bookings and third party Food & Beverage outlets.
