- Cruise Time for Dinner Cruise is from 20:00 till 22:30 hrs and 16:30 to 17:30 for Sunset Cruise
- Dress code is smart casual. No sleeveless or collarless shirts for gents. No flip flops or shorts.
- The glass-enclosed restaurant is strictly non-smoking; however guests are welcome to smoke on one of the outdoor decks.
- Alcoholic beverages will only be served upon departure from the pier.
- JA Bateaux Dubai is moored on the Bur Dubai side of Dubai Creek at Al Seef Cultural District, adjacent to Al Seef Street and across from the Consulate of Kuwait.
- JA Bateaux Dubai guests can avail complimentary parking at Al Seef Mall, on the right side of the Consulate of Kuwait.
- JA Bateaux Dubai is a 15-minute walk from Burjuman Metro Station (exit 1).
