Dubai, 8 May 2012 - A number of properties from hotel group, JA Resorts & Hotels have received their HACCP certification following a thorough inspection in March of this year, of the food process in their bars, restaurants and kitchens.
HACCP, the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point ensure correct procedures in kitchens and the safe use of food produce. JA Oasis Beach Tower, the luxury beachfront apartments in Dubai Marina are one of the first Dubai hotel apartments to be certified by HACCP, further supporting the tower’s recent win at World Travel Awards where they picked up ‘Middle East’s Leading Hotel Apartments’.
Bateaux Dubai, the sightseeing cruise vessel on Dubai Creek has also recently received the HACCP certification and is the first vessel on the Creek to achieve this. ‘thyme’ restaurant at JA Oasis Beach Tower has also been certified by the organisation which is a fantastic success for an individual standalone restaurant.
