Dubai based hospitality company JA Resorts & Hotels continues to pledge its support to the world of golf as it announces its sponsorship of 20-year-old Olivia Cowan - one of the freshest, young talents appearing at the forthcoming Omega Dubai Ladies Masters.
The German-born golfer will be participating in the event – that takes place at Emirates Golf Club from 7-10 December, for the second year running alongside some of the best female golfers from across the world. In addition to sponsoring one of the brightest, young stars in golf, JA Resorts & Hotels will also be one of the event sponsors.

Alongside its support for women’s golf (JA Resorts & Hotels also sponsor Amy Boulden – former European Ladies Tour, Rookie of the Year) the company is also a sponsor of the equivalent men’s tournament – the world renowned Omega Dubai Desert Classics (which takes place early next year, in addition to sponsoring Spanish Pro-golfer and Ryder Cup Star Rafael Cabrera-Bello.
Olivia, who began playing golf at the age of three, has had an incredibly successful amateur career and now hopes to emulate her achievements at a professional level. Last year she claimed victory at the 2015 Portuguese Amateur Championship and 2015 Spanish Ladies Amateur Championships, as well as the top amateur prize at last year’s ASGI Ladies Open in her first LET Access Series tournament. She has also represented the German girls and ladies international team and attended the 2014 Youth Olympics.
