Dubai, 8 May 2012 - A number of properties from hotel group, Jebel Ali International Hotels have received their HACCP certification following a thorough inspection in March of this year, of the food process in their bars, restaurants and kitchens. HACCP, the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point ensure correct procedures in kitchens and the safe use of food produce. JA Oasis Beach Tower, the luxury beachfront apartments in Dubai Marina are one of the first Dubai hotel apartments to be certified by HACCP, further supporting the tower’s recent win at World Travel Awards where they picked up ‘Middle East’s Leading Hotel Apartments’. Bateaux Dubai, the sightseeing cruise vessel on Dubai Creek has also recently received the HACCP certification and is the first vessel on the Creek to achieve this. ‘thyme’ restaurant at Oasis Beach Tower has also been certified by the organisation which is a fantastic success for an individual standalone restaurant. William Harley-Fleming, General Manager of JA Oasis Beach Tower speaks highly of the personnel involved saying “This is no small feat for each of the properties and the teams should be delighted at their achievement.
