Fogo Vivo Launches At Taste Of Dubai 2013

 At
the start of the year, a new hotel was proudly introduced to JBR, The
Walk and since its opening, JA Ocean View Hotel has become a popular
destination for UAE residents and visitors alike. There are six
restaurants and bars which have something for everyone, whether you
prefer casual poolside dining in flip flops, an elegant night out or an
unplanned drink after work.
Officially launching at Taste of Dubai 2013, is the hotel’s speciality
restaurant, Fogo Vivo which is situated on the first floor of the newly
opened hotel. Fogo Vivo means ‘Living Fire’ in Portuguese and this will
certainly be evident to the guests at Taste of Dubai who are in for a
treat with some special dishes and flamed decorations.
A unique Brazilian Grill or churrascaria is a dining concept that
originated in the late 1970s in Brazil. Inspired by the "gaucho" style
of cooking - meats that were roasted over open flames by the "cowboys"
who lived and worked on the South American Pampas. This restaurant
allows diners to sample more than twelve different cuts of meats,
delivered to the table on large skewers (Rodizio’s) and carved directly
onto your plate.
Taste of Dubai 2013 takes place from the 14 – 16 March at Dubai Media
City. Tickets are available on the door on the day. Fogo Vivo is located
along the path to the right once you enter the food festival.
