 1. The correct attire for each activity, including life jackets where applicable, must be worn at all times.
2. The advice/instruction of the Jebel Ali Golf Resort staff are binding and must be adhered to at all times. 3. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children at all times whilst on the premises of Jebel Ali Golf Resort and/or availing of any facilities on the premises. 4. For the safety and comfort of all our valued customers, pets are not allowed at the Jebel Ali Golf Resort. 5. The Jebel Ali Golf Resort does not accept the responsibility whatsoever, for any property damage, injuries, accidents or death
arising from using any of the facilities whilst being on the property. 6. The presence and/or consumption of any food or drinks purchased outside of the Resort are strictly prohibited. Alcohol
consumption is not allowed within the marina premises unless correct licenses are apparent and accurate. 7. Jet skiing is prohibited; violators will be penalised by law. 8. It is not permitted to carry fuel in containers onto any vessel while berthed in the Jebel Ali Golf Resort Marina. 9. No vessel will be provided with fuel in case any member, employee or representative is smoking aboard the vessel. 10. All safety equipment must be stored aboard the vessel (including sufficient personal floating devices) and must be in a good
working condition and accessible. 11. It is not allowed for any employee or representative of a member, to use the facilities in Club Jumana and/or the towels. In
the event that this would happen, additional charges may apply. 12. Towels are only to be used for leisure purposes by the members and/or their guests and should be returned back to the Club
Jumana reception upon departure. 13. It is not permitted to fish or swim in the Jebel Ali Golf Resort Marina; this includes lying of nets or line fishing. 14. Vessels should not be moored, sailed or maneuvered in such a manner as to create a danger, obstacle or inconvenience to any other members or guests. 15. It is not allowed to use or store grills or any type of barbecue equipment in the Jebel Ali Golf Resort Marina. 16. Jebel Ali Golf Resort Marina reserves the right to exclude members employees or representatives from the Marina facilities
and walkways, if such persons are believed to have been involved with/or displayed behavior deemed inappropriate by Jebel Ali Golf Resort Marina. 17. Jebel Ali Golf Resort Marina reserves the right to restrict any vessel movement within the Marina for safety, security or promotional purposes. 18. Jebel Ali Golf Resort Marina reserves the right to restrict any cars, buses or trucks parking within the Marina for safety or security reasons.
