The resort has enhanced its childcare offering in spring this year through refurbishing the already existing CoolZone, for children aged 4-12 years as well as adding ChillZone, a brand new hangout for teenagers. In October, a third childcare service will be available for parents at the resort as the brand new crèche opens a wing in the current CoolZone.
The Crèche, catering for children from 4 months to 4 years will be operated by childcare specialists who have been trained by the Worldwide Kids Company. Age-appropriate activities, nutritious meals and snacks as well as equipment that meets the highest of safety regulations is already incorporated into the plans. UK and Irish travel agents gave it a Travel Agents Choice Award in the category for the ‘world’s best hotel, group or resort of the year for families’ in late 2011.
